• A deposit is required to confirm your pre-order.
• The remaining balance will be requested once the item arrives.
• Pre-order quantities are limited and available while stocks last.
• To ensure fairness, each customer is limited to one (1) pre-order per product. If the same customer (including duplicate orders placed under different accounts or order numbers) is found to have ordered more than one of the same product, we reserve the right to cancel the additional item(s) or the entire order and issue a refund where applicable.
• Estimated arrival dates are for reference only. Actual arrival is subject to when the stock is received in Australia. Delays caused by the manufacturer, production schedule, shipping, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery timeline.
• By paying the deposit, you agree to these pre-order terms. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to supply the product.
