1. Service
MIKABUY (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) primarily provides purchasing assistance for merchandise from Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Disney Resorts in selected countries. In addition, we design and sell handmade Press-On Nails and Handmade Crafts. We may also accept custom or special requests, customers are welcome to contact us for further assistance.

2. Purchase
MIKABUY only has the right to accept orders from customers who are at least 18 years old and demonstrate the ability to legally bind contracts.

When using this website, you agree to be responsible for all activities performed through your account. You are responsible for protecting your account and password. If you feel or suspect that the security of your account has been compromised, or if you have unauthorised use of your account, please contact us immediately.

Please ensure you have correct item before checking out.

Placing an order on our website, and receiving an order confirmation of any kind, does not guarantee order fulfillment. Orders may be cancelled by us at any time for any reason with notice.

Order confirmation and pickup notification are sent by EMAIL. Please make sure the order email is correct.

3. Pricing

Orders shipped within Australia are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD), while orders shipped outside of Australia are charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices shown on the website do not include shipping fees or any additional charges.

If your credit card is not billed in the same currency (AUD or HKD), the final amount will be converted by your card issuer based on the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

We do not charge any extra fees for credit card payments. However, since our company is registered in Australia, your card issuer may process the payment as an international transaction and charge a foreign transaction fee. Specifically, when paying in HKD, some card issuers may treat the payment as a cross-border HKD transaction and impose additional charges. Please consult your credit card provider for more information.

5.Pre-order Policy
Pre-ordered items must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Arrival times vary depending on suppliers and logistics and may be delayed without notice.
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

6.Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched in the order they are received and will arrive approximately 2 to 4 weeks after payment.
For Tokyo Disney products, due to purchase limits, the arrival time is typically 3 to 6 weeks, but may be extended depending on stock availability.
Please note that weather conditions, public holidays, or pandemic-related disruptions may result in delays.
For pre-order items, the estimated arrival time is calculated from the official release date, not from the order date.
All arrival times are estimates only and depend on the supplier’s production and shipping schedules.
Our store cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and the estimated times shown for pre-order items are for reference only.
If you are not comfortable with potential delays due to holidays or supplier issues, please do not place a pre-order.

7.Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the order items, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
If any individual item(s) purchased by you are sold out or unavailable, you will have the option to either wait for a restock, exchange the item for another one that is available, or request a refund for the unavailable item. If you purchase multiple items in a single order, and one or more of the items are not available, you can only request a refund for the unavailable items. Please note that once the items in your order have been purchased by us, they cannot be refunded.
Any product may have small flaws g. Indentations, small stains, small color flicks/marks, and color differences. It may not be 100% perfect.
There is no exchange/refund/return for non-quality problems; if you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if stock is available.
If stock is not available, a refund will be issued.
If an item is damaged, please context us within 48 hours.
Refund will be arranged in 7 working days via your payment methods.
