Order confirmation and pickup/shipping notifications will be sent via email.

Product Categories
•Unless otherwise specified as “In Stock,” all items on the website are pre-order items.
•Product prices include shipping costs to Hong Kong or Australia.
•Once products arrive, you may choose from the following delivery options: In-person pickup / Standard mail (self-paid) / SF Express (cash on delivery).
Pre-order Items
•General Pre-order items: Estimated arrival in 2–4 weeks.
•Tokyo Disney items: Estimated arrival in 3–6 weeks, subject to extended delays due to limited purchase policies and unstable supply.
•Pre-order shipping timeline is calculated from the item’s public release date.
•Arrival times are estimates only and subject to delays due to supplier dispatch time, holidays, or flight issues.
•In the event of stockouts or restocking delays, fulfillment time will be extended.
Order Processing & Delivery
•In-stock items: Shipped within 5 business days.
•Tracking numbers will be provided via email after dispatch.
•Most orders are shipped via local postal services and will arrive in 7–14 business days.
•If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together. If you would like them separately, please place separate orders.
•Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
•Please enter your recipient name, address, and phone number in English. If there are any changes, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, information cannot be changed.
•We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by incorrect delivery information.
•All shipping methods involve risk. Customers bear full responsibility for fragile goods. We do not compensate or replace damaged items.

Free shipping for orders over HKD $1000.
1. SF Express (Cash on Delivery):
Delivery to SF lockers, service centers, or pick-up points in HK, Kowloon, or New Territories.
•Locker locations: Smart Locker List
•Store locations: SF Store List
•Partner points: Partner Address
2. Hongkong Post (Standard Mail / SpeedPost):
•Starts from HKD $10 (additional charges for packaging or weight differences)
•Local mail does not provide tracking
•Smart lockers or post office pickup only: iPostal List
3. In-person Pickup (Wanchai / Tai Wo Hau MTR Stations):
•Book in advance via WhatsApp (+852 6623 7192) after receiving arrival notice.
•Pickup time: Monday or Wednesday, 5:45 PM (Wanchai), 6:30 PM (Tai Wo Hau)
•10-minute wait time only; late or no-shows will be switched to SF Express COD.
Shipping and Delivery (Applicable to Western Australia/Australia-wide)
Free Local Delivery in Western Australia for orders over AUD $159,
or AUD $249 for orders across Australia.

- More than 25km Away will change extra $5 per 1km
2.AU Post (Standard Mail / SpeedPost)
- Starts from AUD $12 (additional charges for packaging or weight differences)
- Tracking numbers will be provided via email after dispatch.
Shipping to China / Taiwan / Macau
China:
•Orders will be shipped from Hong Kong via SF Express with customs clearance.
•Required: Real name, ID number, and full address for customs.
•Customs duties (if any) are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Taiwan:
•SF Express (COD). Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days.
•Shopee checkout option available for Taiwan customers upon request.
Macau:
•SF Express (COD). Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days.
International Shipping (Excluding HK / TW / MO / AU)
•International shipping fees must be paid at checkout or before shipping.
•Couriers may include EMS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or SF Express depending on region.
•Shipping cost will be quoted separately and must be paid before dispatch.
•If you prefer a specific courier, please contact us.
Duties & Taxes
•No export tax for shipments from Hong Kong.
•Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and handling fees in their respective countries.
•Customers also assume responsibility for customs delays or loss.
•Please check with your local customs office for tax estimates before purchasing.
•If international shipping is not allowed, we will cancel the order and notify you in advance.
After Shipping
•If the recipient fails to pick up the package within the allowed period and it is returned, the customer will need to pay shipping again to have it resent.
•No re-shipping without new shipping payment.
Insurance
•We do not insure any packages (local or international) by default.
•Customers are responsible for any postal loss or damage.
•If you wish to insure your shipment, please contact us in advance to arrange for extra payment and coverage.
All modes of transportation involve risks.
The risk of shipping fragile products is borne by the customer.
